What do we offer our athletes?

When you are looking for a running coach, you are looking for someone who cares about you as a runner.
With the focus on the individual and human aspect of sports and training, all our training programs are tailor-made and are based on you and your goals. No pre-configured schedules or computer-generated plans, but training programs build from scratch, relying on our 25+ years of coaching experience. With runners from Belgium, Brazil, Germany, Singapore, Sri Lanka, United Kingdom and the United States signed up for our programs, we are building running communities all over the world.

PERSONALISED SCHEDULES

No two athletes are the same, each has their own potential and capabilities, but are nonetheless champions in their own world. We treat everyone as a champion and with our tailor-made programs based on you and your goals, we try to make you the best version as possible of yourself.

YOU AND US

Our most important feature is our human interaction. Our experience in analysing data and taking the human aspect into account helps our runners tremendously. There are no algorithms that can replace human emotions and feelings. Everything we do is done by real people to give you a program that adapts to your progress and setbacks.

DATA ANALYSIS

With sports where time, distance and pace play an important role, numbers and data take the forefront in our approach. We conduct regular tests and use the data from each activity to adjust the training schedules and workouts accordingly. We do all the calculations so you can focus on your training

SETTING GOALS

Being an athlete is all about improving ourselves and being able to go longer and faster. We pay a lot of attention to setting the correct and attainable (long term) goals. We don’t endorse racing and going full out to break your Personal Best week after week. Instead, we use these races as tests and target a few events per year where you really will shine.

1-ON-1 COACH-ATHLETE COMMUNICATION

We value the 1-on-1 interaction with our runners. This happens through e-mail, WhatsApp, video and voice calls.. The interaction ensures that the schedules and plans are living and updated to your current situation.
As a running coach, we want to help, guide, mentor and motivate you as much as possible.

TRANSPARENCY AND HONESTY

We do not make any false promises or set any unattainable goals that would leave you disappointed. With our experience, we can make a pretty accurate prediction of your capabilities and help you set your short and long term targets with ease.

Pricing

We offer 1 service: improve your running. As we see this as a long-term commitment from both sides, we offer discounts for the multi-month plans. We also guarantee that we will not increase the price for you for at least 3 years.

What does a running coach offer more than the schedules you can find online or that you can get from the different running apps and sports watches?

We are available for our athletes 24/7 and help, guide and mentor each runner, not only with the physical and technical aspects of running but also with the mental ones.
We create your schedule from scratch, based on all the information you provide us and we can adjust them last minute if needed.
