Hello Runner,

What started in November 2018 as a few athletes asking for some advice and real training programs quickly grew into a combination of offline (all sessions with a coach), online (all sessions without the coach) and mixed training programs.
We stand for healthy running in a healthy and fun environment with the focus on the individual. We create very detailed personalized plans around the needs and wants of the runner and setting up short and long-term goals.
Our mantra "Slower will make you faster" has helped dozens of runners improve their performance drastically. With a focus on energy managment we give our runners well-balanced schedules that allows them to shine when they need to without wasting excess energy at unnessacery moments.

Our founder and head-coach, Gert (a Belgian who settled in Sri Lanka 10 years ago), started running back in 1980 and set personal bests of 49"04 over the 400m and 1'51"89 over the 800m a decade later. He then started focussing on coaching while scaling down his own running to a recreational level and moving on to longer distances, going 16'40" over 5k and 2h45'58" on the marathon in the mid 90's.
His analytical mind and love for data, fed by his sports/science/mathematics studies, helped beginning runners to establish healthy running habits and improve their performance through exact and detailed training programs.
With connections to Olympic athletes and medal-winners, and their coaches, together with the continued study of the latest training methods, he is up-to-date with the international athletics community. This also gives the Quadracoach Runners the opportunity to have training schedules and sessions inspired by world-class athletes.

Youth - Basic

From 6 to 15
Trained by - Gert LKR 8000

  • Training for youth (6 to 15) in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
  • Maximum 3 sessions per week based on level and other sporting activities.
  • Group of maximum 10 athletes.


Adults - Basic

Trained by - Gert LKR 9000*

  • Training for adults (16 and over) in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
  • Unlimited number of runs per week with 4 scheduled group sessions based on your goals.
  • * LKR 5000 for the first month
    One-time registration fee: LKR 9000.


Adults - Basic

Trained by - Gert

  • Remote training for adults (16 and over) worldwide
  • Unlimited number of runs per week based on your goals.
  • Special discounts available. Don't hesitate to ask us if they apply to you.


Adults - Full

  • Remote training for adults (16 and over) worldwide.
  • Training schedule based on 24/7 monitoring.
  • 2 monthly technical sessions with video-monitoring and live feedback.

The sessions for youth last for about 1 hour, but can be started anywhere between 4pm and 5pm (with an ending time between 5pm and 6pm) on the allocated days
